Cutting technology

For cutting adhesive and non-adhesive materials in the desired bandwidth, we have different cutting machines with various cutting systems.

Cutting off process

A material roll is pushed onto a spindle, tensioned and cut to the desired width by a circular blade.

The advantage: This process allows a flexible spectrum from extra narrow to extra wide – depending on the material, widths from 3 mm to 1,600 mm can be produced.

Winding and cutting process

A material roll is unrolled, cut with shear cutting blades or crushing blades, then wound onto individual rolls.

The advantage: Very long running lengths are possible with this process – up to 1,200 m depending on the material.
